  • A.M. Best Rating: A
  • Program Established: 1992
  • Attributes: Scalable program which can be structured to accommodate small risk to large risk with limits in excess of $25 million
  • Minimum Premium: $5,000
  • Distribution: Offered exclusively through MPG
  • Territory: All states with restrictions for wind in South East

Worker's Compensation

  • Eligible Risks: Marinas, Boat Dealers, Yacht Clubs, and Marine Contractors
  • Company: Commerce and Industry
  • A.M. Best Rating: A
  • Program Established: 2001
  • Attributes: Program for the Recreational Marine class of business. State Act and USL&H on an "if any" basis available
  • Minimum Premium: Varies by State, generally $5,000
  • Territory: All states

USL&H

  • Eligible Risks: Recreational and Commercial Marine risk of every nature
  • Company: Commerce and Industry
  • A.M. Best Rating: A
  • Program Established: 2010
  • Attributes: For the true commercial marine risk that has dedicated payroll of at least 15% toward the USL&H class of business. Specialized loss control and claims handling ensure proper care for this specialized class of business.
  • Minimum Premium: $2,000
  • Territory: All states

  • Distribution: Offered exclusively through MPG
  • Territory: All states

  • Territory: All states
